Alejandro Garcia Vinagre is the Senior Vice President, human resources in Middle East and Africa, overseeing an organization of over 4,500 employees. He has extensive HR experience gained across complex multinational environments on different continents.

As a member of the MEA executive team, Alejandro finds his purpose in developing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the global and regional business vision, focusing on improved performance, employee engagement and the overall growth of the organization. He is an influential leader who has dedicated his career to building and developing strong HR teams as well as raising the profile of the HR function, translating business needs into value-adding HR initiatives.

Alejandro holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in human resources and an MBA from IE Business School. When not working, Alejandro is either reading a good book, watching an old movie or walking the dogs.
