Anne-Lyse Raoul

Anne-Lyse Raoul is JLL’s Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) DEI for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Based in Paris, she is at the helm of implementing JLL’s DEI strategy and driving remarkable progress throughout the region.

With over a decade of experience leading diversity and inclusion programs for multinational companies in the financial and luxury goods industries, Anne-Lyse brings an impressive track record to the table. In her previous role as Group D&I Manager at Kering, a renowned French luxury goods company, she served as a trusted strategic partner to the business. Notably, Anne-Lyse designed and executed impactful D&I initiatives that spurred behavioral changes across the organization.

Having lived and worked in various countries across the globe, including vibrant hubs in Asia, the UK, and Switzerland, Anne-Lyse possesses a panoramic perspective and a deep appreciation for global diversity.

Anne-Lyse is equipped with a MA in International Business and an MSc in Applied Psychology, further exemplifying her expertise and commitment to advancing DEI. Her combination of experience, global mindset, and academic foundation establishes her as an inspiring leader in the DEI landscape.
