His consultancy work uniquely blends behavioural science to drive culture change and enhance organisational capability across sectors.
Irfaan’s approach is deeply rooted in academic research, drawing from psychology, neuroscience, sociology, economics, and behavioural science. His philosophy for behaviour change is based on the principle that ‘if you’re in business, you’re in the business of behaviour’.
In healthcare, Irfaan has used behavioural science to reduce patient no-shows and promote healthy lifestyles, resulting in improved patient engagement and healthcare outcomes. In the corporate sector, he has worked with companies like Mondelez, Three Mobile UK, Virgin Travel and Morgan Sindall to develop Inclusive Leadership programs and build inclusive work environments, significantly impacting culture and employee well-being.
Irfaan has trained and developed over 10,000 people globally on topics such as bias mitigation, anti-racism, and inclusive leadership. His chapter in the book “The Key to Inclusion,” on ‘Mindset’ applies principes of behavioural science to Diversity and Inclusion.
He holds an MBA, an MA in Human Resource Development & Consulting, and an MSc in Psychology, and is currently completing is MSc in Business Psychology. He is also certified as a Global DISC practitioner, Psychological Safety Practitioner, and Emergenetics Practitioner.
He is also an Adjunct Professor at Hult Business School, Dubai, teaching on the Executive MBA and Master’s in International Business.
