Sarah is AESG’s Head of Human Resources, with 15 years of experience in the UAE covering multi-jurisdictional locations across the Middle East and Africa, often in high-risk environments.

She is adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships at all levels. She utilises her strategic and operational HR experience to partner, support and enable the business to achieve its operational goals.

Sarah has multi-industry experience, including Oil and Gas, Personal Protection, Professional Services and Consultancy, where she has successfully implemented globally benchmarked practices and processes to create best-in-class HR functions.
